“Our goal is to create a beloved community, and this will require a qualitative change in our souls as well as a quantitative change in our lives.”
— Martin Luther King Jr.
We have committed to using our resources to fund organizations involved in social impact, racial justice and adjacent areas. We are new to philanthropy and still learning, but we are committed to moving resources now versus later in life. We have tried to focus our efforts on storytelling projects that help communicate the work of these leaders and teams. We have also tried to support emerging organizations and new ideas in these spaces.
For some inspiration and insight into this space I recommend this essay, “Only Solidarity Can Save the Planet”.
